2Eggs
1 CupMilk
2 TbspSugar
Flour
1 or 2 TbspMelted Butter
Jam
Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, add milk & sugar.
  2. Add enough flour to make a thin batter.
  3. Add melted butter.
  4. Cook on a greased pan.
  5. If too thick add more milk.
  6. After frying - fill with jam & put in oven & heat through.
  7. Serve with sour cream.
