1 qt.Pure Water
16Black Peppercorns
Contents of 16 Cardamom Pods
16Whole Cloves
6 slicesFresh Ginger Root
5 small sticksCinnamon, Crumbled
Optional: Honey or Lemon Juice
1 tspOptional: Black Tea
Optional: Raw Milk or Cream

Instructions

  1. To 1 qt. pure water, add black peppercorns, contents of cardamom pods, whole cloves, ginger root slices and crumbled cinnamon sticks.
  2. Boil for 20 min.
  3. Serve plain or with honey or lemon juice. (Can add 1 tsp. black tea, raw milk, or cream.)
