6 slices | Fresh Ginger Root |
5 small sticks | Cinnamon, Crumbled |
Optional: Honey or Lemon Juice | |
1 tsp | Optional: Black Tea |
Optional: Raw Milk or Cream |
Instructions
- To 1 qt. pure water, add black peppercorns, contents of cardamom pods, whole cloves, ginger root slices and crumbled cinnamon sticks.
- Boil for 20 min.
- Serve plain or with honey or lemon juice. (Can add 1 tsp. black tea, raw milk, or cream.)
