ThreeTea Bags (or 3 teaspoons loose tea)
To TasteSugar
To TasteLemon (slices or juice)
LotsIce

Instructions

  1. Start with good cold water and bring it to a rolling boil.
  2. Use three tea bags (or about three teaspoons of loose tea).
  3. Pour the boiling water over the tea. Let it steep until it reaches a good dark color (the card notes “as boil possible (little bit) until good dark color”).
  4. Add sugar to taste while the tea is still hot, stirring to dissolve.
  5. Pour the sweetened tea over a glass chuck full of ice.
  6. Add lemon to taste.
