Instructions
- Start with good cold water and bring it to a rolling boil.
- Use three tea bags (or about three teaspoons of loose tea).
- Pour the boiling water over the tea. Let it steep until it reaches a good dark color (the card notes “as boil possible (little bit) until good dark color”).
- Add sugar to taste while the tea is still hot, stirring to dissolve.
- Pour the sweetened tea over a glass chuck full of ice.
- Add lemon to taste.
