1 shot (~1.5 oz)	Brandy / Cognac
Juice of	2 Oranges
Juice of	1 Lemon
$\frac{1}{2}$ - $\frac{3}{4}$ Cup	Sugar (adjust to taste)

Wedges of cored, unpeeled Apple
Slices of unpeeled Orange
Ice

Instructions

• 1. (Implied) Combine Burgundy wine, brandy/cognac, juice of 2 oranges, juice of 1 lemon, and $\frac{1}{2}$ - $\frac{3}{4}$ cup sugar in a pitcher. Stir well until sugar is dissolved. Chill if desired.
