Recipe

MeasurementsIngredients
¼ cupTurmeric Powder
½ cupPure Water
1 cupRaw Milk
1 tspAlmond Oil or any vegetable oil
¼ tspTurmeric Paste (from Part 1)
Honey to taste
Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Boil Turmeric Powder and Water in a saucepan until a thick paste is formed.
  2. Can be stored in the refrigerator.
  3. Blend raw milk, the oil and the turmeric paste.
  4. Add honey for taste.
  5. Stir on low heat, bring just to a boil.
  6. Can put in a blender to make foamy.
  7. Sprinkle with Cinnamon.
