Two Cups | Boiling Water |
One Fifth (of a gallon, typically 750ml) | Good Brandy |
One Half | Vanilla Bean (per quart bottle) |
Instructions
- Combine four cups of sugar and two ounces of instant coffee.
- Add two cups of boiling water to the sugar and coffee mixture. Stir until dissolved.
- Cool the mixture completely.
- Once cool, add one-fifth of good brandy.
- Pour the mixture into two quart bottles.
- Add one half of a vanilla bean into each bottle.
- Store in a cool place for 15 days before using.
