2 | Lemons (for slices) |
1 Cup | Powdered Sugar |
Cup | Sweet Sherry |
1 bottle (~750ml) | Rosé Wine, dry |
1 bottle (~750ml) | Chablis Wine, dry |
As needed | Cracked Ice (for serving) |
Instructions
- Squeeze juice of 8 lemons & slice 2 lemons.
- Sprinkle 1 C powdered sugar over juice & slices, along with 1/2 C sweet sherry.
- Add 1 bottle rose & chablis, both dry.
- Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
- Serve in glasses half filled with cracked ice.
