MeasurementsIngredients
8Lemons (for juice)
2Lemons (for slices)
1 CupPowdered Sugar
CupSweet Sherry
1 bottle (~750ml)Rosé Wine, dry
1 bottle (~750ml)Chablis Wine, dry
As neededCracked Ice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Squeeze juice of 8 lemons & slice 2 lemons.
  2. Sprinkle 1 C powdered sugar over juice & slices, along with 1/2 C sweet sherry.
  3. Add 1 bottle rose & chablis, both dry.
  4. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
  5. Serve in glasses half filled with cracked ice.
