Measurements | Ingredients |

1 oz | Semi-sweet Chocolate |
2 Tbsp | Sugar |
1 Cup | Boiling Water |
1 tsp | Vanilla Essence |
1-2 Tbsp | Liqueur of your choice |
Cup | Hot Milk |
Cup | Hot Cream |
1 Cup | Freshly Made Hot Coffee |
As needed | Whipped Cream (Optional garnish) |
Optional | Cinnamon Stick Stirrer |
Instructions
- Melt 1 oz. semi-sweet choc. with 2 T sugar & 1 C boiling water.
- Season with 1 t vanilla essence & 1-2 T of the liqueur of your choice.
- Add 1/2 C hot milk, 1/2 C hot cream & 1 C freshly made hot coffee.
- Pour into mugs & top with whipped cream.
- If desired, add a cinnamon stick stirrer.
