MeasurementsIngredients
1 ozSemi-sweet Chocolate
2 TbspSugar
1 CupBoiling Water
1 tspVanilla Essence
1-2 TbspLiqueur of your choice
CupHot Milk
CupHot Cream
1 CupFreshly Made Hot Coffee
As neededWhipped Cream (Optional garnish)
OptionalCinnamon Stick Stirrer

Instructions

  1. Melt 1 oz. semi-sweet choc. with 2 T sugar & 1 C boiling water.
  2. Season with 1 t vanilla essence & 1-2 T of the liqueur of your choice.
  3. Add 1/2 C hot milk, 1/2 C hot cream & 1 C freshly made hot coffee.
  4. Pour into mugs & top with whipped cream.
  5. If desired, add a cinnamon stick stirrer.
