Measurements | Ingredients |

1 cup | Bisquick |
⅓ cup | Milk |
4 Tbsp | Mayonnaise |
1 lb. | Sausage |
½ cup | Chopped Onion |
2 - 4oz | Cans Green Chilies |
1 | Egg Beaten |
2 cups | Grated Cheese |
Instructions
- Mix Bisquick with Milk, & Half of Mayonnaise. Press in bottom of 9x12 glass pan.
- Saute Sausage & Onion.
- Drain & Spread over Bisquick crust.
- Beat Egg with rest of Mayonnaise.
- Add Cheese & Green Chilies.
- Spread over meat layer.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares.
- Can be made ahead & reheated or frozen & reheated.
