Recipe

MeasurementsIngredients
1 cupBisquick
⅓ cupMilk
4 TbspMayonnaise
1 lb.Sausage
½ cupChopped Onion
2 - 4ozCans Green Chilies
1Egg Beaten
2 cupsGrated Cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix Bisquick with Milk, & Half of Mayonnaise. Press in bottom of 9x12 glass pan.
  2. Saute Sausage & Onion.
  3. Drain & Spread over Bisquick crust.
  4. Beat Egg with rest of Mayonnaise.
  5. Add Cheese & Green Chilies.
  6. Spread over meat layer.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
  8. Cut into squares.
  9. Can be made ahead & reheated or frozen & reheated.
