8 | Bacon Strips |
1 (4oz) pkg | Dried Chopped Beef |
1 10 ½ oz Can | Mushroom Soup |
1 8oz Carton | Sour Cream |
Instructions
- Wrap bacon strip around each piece of chicken.
- Spread dried beef in the bottom of a 2 ½ qt or 9x11 dish.
- Place chicken on top of beef.
- Combine soup & sour cream, spread over chicken.
- Cook at 275 degrees for 2 ½ to 3 hours.
- Makes 8 servings.
- Serve with rice-a-roni & use sauce from chicken over rice.
