Measurements | Ingredients |

6 Ounce | Diced Cheese |
2 5 Ounce Jars | Processed Cheddar Cheese Spread |
1 Teaspoon | Grated Onion |
4 3 Ounce Package | Cream Cheese |
1 Teaspoon | Worcestershire Sauce |
1 Teaspoon | M.S.G. |
1 Cup | Ground Pecans |
1/2 Cup | Finely Chopped Parsley |
Instructions
- Have cheese at room temperature.
- Mix cheese, onion, Worcestershire, & M.S.G. together until thoroughly blended.
- Add 1/2 cup pecans, and 1/2 cup Parsley
- Shape into a ball
- Place in a bowl lined with wax paper or foil.
- Chill overnight.
- About 1 hour before serving, roll the ball in a mixture of remaining pecans + parsley.
- Place on a platter and surround with crisp croutons.
