MeasurementsIngredients
6 OunceDiced Cheese
2 5 Ounce JarsProcessed Cheddar Cheese Spread
1 TeaspoonGrated Onion
4 3 Ounce PackageCream Cheese
1 TeaspoonWorcestershire Sauce
1 TeaspoonM.S.G.
1 CupGround Pecans
1/2 CupFinely Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  1. Have cheese at room temperature.
  2. Mix cheese, onion, Worcestershire, & M.S.G. together until thoroughly blended.
  3. Add 1/2 cup pecans, and 1/2 cup Parsley
  4. Shape into a ball
  5. Place in a bowl lined with wax paper or foil.
  6. Chill overnight.
  7. About 1 hour before serving, roll the ball in a mixture of remaining pecans + parsley.
  8. Place on a platter and surround with crisp croutons.
