1/4 C | Cracker Crumbs |
1 | Large Egg, beaten |
2 Tbsp | Minced Onion |
2 Tbsp | Mayonnaise |
1 Tbsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
1 Tbsp | Prepared Mustard |
3/4 to 1 1/2 tsp | Hot Pepper Sauce |
1 tsp | Salt |
Cracker Crumbs - For Coating | |
Oil - For Frying |
Instructions
- With a fork, mix the first 10 ingredients.
- Form into 3” patties & roll in cracker crumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Fry until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
- Drain.
