1 TbspButter
1 tspCelery Flakes
1 MedOnion, Chopped
1 CanCrab Meat, drained
1 SmGreen Pepper, Chopped
Salt & Pepper
1 RecipeThick Cream Sauce??
Cracker Meal
1/2 tspThyme
1Egg, beaten
1 tspMinced Parsley
Fat, for frying

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet.
  2. Saute onion and pepper until soft & transparent.
  3. Combine onion mixture, cream sauce, thyme, parsley, celery flakes, crab meat, salt & pepper.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Add enough cracker meal to make a mashed potato consistency.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Refrigerate, covered, for several hours.
  8. Shape into small patties.
  9. Dip patties into egg.
  10. Coat with cracker meal.
  11. Fry in a small amount of fat until brown.
