8 OunceCream Cheese
8 OunceCheddar Cheese
8 OunceVelveeta Cheese
8 OunceSharp Cheese
0-3 TeaspoonWorcestershire
1 SmallOnion, Grated
1/2 CupPecans, Chopped

Instructions

  1. Soften and blend cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Velveeta cheese, and sharp cheese.
  2. Grate 1 small onion, mix with beater until smooth, with cheeses and worcestershire.
  3. Chop 1/2 cup pecans.
  4. Form cheese into log and roll on pecans.
  5. Wrap in wax paper and chill 8 hours.
  6. Slice and serve with crackers.
